compound.BUZZ is a marketing service of Buzzword Strategies LLC ("Buzzword," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy applies to the website at compound.buzz (the "Site") and to information we collect when you contact us, book a call, or submit a form. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business.

• Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
• Business context you choose to share, such as your role, monthly revenue range, marketing budget range, and your goals, collected through forms and our intake quiz.
• The content of any message you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
• Aggregate analytics that help us understand how the Site is used.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not collect protected health information about patients through this Site, and you should never submit any.

04SMS / text messaging consent (A2P 10DLC)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, such as appointment confirmations, follow-up about your request, and occasional account or service updates. Your consent is handled as follows:

• Consent is opt-in. We send text messages only after you give express consent, for example by checking a consent box or texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending marketing texts to that number.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only to deliver the messaging you consented to, and is shared only with the messaging providers that help us send those messages.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is never shared with any third parties.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf, such as our customer-relationship-management platform, scheduling tools, form processors, email and messaging providers, and analytics, all bound to use it only to provide their service to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers, if Buzzword is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will note it here.

As stated above, mobile opt-in and SMS consent data are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties for their marketing.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand traffic. Advertising platforms we work with may set cookies to measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Site works.

• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
