01Agreement to these Terms

compound.BUZZ is a marketing service of Buzzword Strategies LLC ("Buzzword," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Buzzword that governs your access to and use of the website at compound.buzz (the "Site") and any marketing services you engage us to provide (the "Services").

By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or engaging the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and, where you act on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

02Who we are, and what we are not

Buzzword is a marketing agency. We provide advertising, lead generation, customer-relationship-management setup, content production, and related marketing services to independent compounding pharmacies and other businesses.

We are not a pharmacy, a healthcare provider, a telehealth service, or a licensed medical entity. We do not compound, dispense, prescribe, or sell any medication, and we make no medical, pharmaceutical, clinical, efficacy, safety, or treatment claims of any kind. Any results, statistics, or testimonials presented on the Site reflect past performance of our marketing work for business clients. They are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome for you.

03Acceptable use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else. You specifically agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or advertising-platform policy.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
• Introduce malware, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the proper operation of the Site.
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

04Engaging our Services

Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter a binding services contract. Specific deliverables, fees, payment terms, and the duration of any engagement are set out in a separate written services agreement or order form between you and Buzzword (the "Engagement Agreement").

If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement controls for that engagement.

Booking a call through the Site does not create a services contract and carries no obligation. It is a conversation.

05Client responsibilities and compliance

Where we provide marketing Services to your business, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information, claims, licenses, or assets you provide to us, and for your own compliance with the laws and professional rules that govern your business, including pharmacy, advertising, and privacy regulations.

We design campaigns to follow an education-first, business-to-business framing and to respect applicable advertising-platform policies. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving creative before it runs and for confirming it fits your specific licenses and obligations.

06Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by Buzzword Strategies LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "compound.BUZZ," "Trust Rx," "BuzzAi," and related marks are marks of Buzzword Strategies LLC.

Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement is governed by your Engagement Agreement. Absent that, no license to our marks or content is granted by your use of the Site.

07Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services such as scheduling tools, form processors, analytics, and advertising platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

08Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzword Strategies LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or these Terms.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Liability arising out of a paid engagement is governed by the Engagement Agreement.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buzzword Strategies LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado, unless a signed Engagement Agreement provides otherwise.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
